WILLIAM E. NASSOUR III (“TRIPP”)
is a co-founder of United Security Investors.  Tripp oversees originations, focusing on the commercial, development and homebuilder verticals for USI.  Prior to USI, Tripp was a Managing Principal for CS Financial, and prior to CS, Pacific Real Estate Group (PREG), a family owned real estate investment and holding company.  At PREG, Tripp raised capital through syndication of funds aimed at the acquisition of opportunistic real estate investments. Tripp was raised in Los Angeles and is a graduate of USC’s Marshall School of Business; he currently lives in Westwood with his wife Kelly and three children.  In addition to his work with USI, Tripp is actively involved in the community; he serves on the board of The Los Angeles Philanthropic Foundation which benefits student scholarships. ADAM FRANK
is co-founder of United Security Investors.  Frank has over two decades of notable accomplishments as a founder, investor, and senior executive in a wide array of business interests in the real estate, media and entertainment, and technology sectors.  Adam was Founding Principal and President of the Edge Group, a real estate investment company focused on the Las Vegas commercial real estate market.  While at Edge Group, Frank led the acquisition and ultimate sale of Bourbon Street Hotel and Casino, which was sold to Harrah’s (now Caesars Entertainment Corp) in 2005, resulting in 95% unlevered returns to Edge.  Additionally, as President of Edge, Mr. Frank raised over $500 million of debt financing for other Edge developmental projects.

Prior to Edge, Frank spent several years at IFILM, a diversified entertainment, media and technology company.  As CEO, Frank successfully led the company through a major strategic turnaround which culminated in the sale of the company’s various businesses in transactions valued at over $80 million.   Frank was one of IFILM’s largest shareholders along with Kodak, Sony, Yahoo, and Paul Allen’s Vulcan Ventures. Prior to joining IFILM, Frank spent several years in Silicon Valley working for Yahoo, then a rapidly expanding technology firm.  Adam graduated first in his class as a Political Science major and was a Trustee Scholar at Boston University.  He obtained his MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and his JD from NYU Law School.  (DRE #01944647)


EVAN FRANK
is Managing Director of Operations at USI, where he oversees all operational areas including underwriting, compliance, legal affairs, finance, accounting, fund management, and information technology.   Evan brings a wide range of corporate management experience across multiple functional areas and property classes within the real estate industry, including multifamily, office & hotel.  Prior to USI, Evan spent five years at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, initially as Corporate Director of Residential Real Estate Development where he oversaw over $275 million in licensing fees and over $1 billion in luxury real estate, before moving to a more operational role, developing strategic sourcing initiatives to lower hotels’ cost of ownership, in the procurement arena.

Prior to Starwood, Evan worked on the Investments & Development team for Equity Office Properties, Sam Zell’s now-defunct office REIT, based in Chicago.  Prior to EOP, Evan asset-managed apartment buildings in the Southern California market.  Evan is a licensed real estate broker in California and serves as the designated officer for United Security Investors (DRE # 01526588) and its affiliate loan servicer, USI Servicing, Inc. (DRE # 01910640).  Evan obtained his MBA in Finance, Real Estate and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management, at Northwestern University.  (DRE # 0142559)
